Venue with chairs, tables, and mobile restrooms (with power and water). Basic On-premise sting-lighting and sound can be utilized if needed. 

Wedding party only access to inside private residence with the Bridal suite (on main-floor) and Groomsman room (upstairs) available for use in this package.
