Terms of Service

All payments must now be submitted with a valid ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the payment method—no exceptions.

No accepting payments over the phone. All transactions must be submitted securely and with proper verification.

Final invoices must be paid in full no later than one week prior to your event. If the balance is not paid on time, your booking will be canceled.

All retainers are non-refundable, and this policy remains in place. We are also a CASHLESS business and that is a non-negotiable under all circumstances.

Outside Vendors reputations are their own and not a reflection of Where The River Meets The Stars. We do strive to recommend only reputable and trustworthy vendors with experience.
